Meet the Team
Certified Building Contractor, Steven Kuharske, is a second generation south Lake county native. Having been in construction since 1998, Steven is known for his patience, leadership, and ability to complete some of the most intricately crafted, architectural details. Steven is deeply involved in every aspect of construction in the field, his hands-on approach to building ensures that every project has earned his seal of approval. His reputation is built on his unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to deliver on his promises.
Having spent time working in each area of the industry, Steven knew from an early age that construction and custom home building was the only direction for him. Steven's integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm is at the heart of the company. The relationships he maintains, as well as the respect he inspires within the industry, are unique and unparalleled.
Steven takes pride in his work and family. His free time is spent with his wife and two kids farming, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
Dana has been in various sales roles since she graduated college in 2004 from Western Kentucky University. She found her true passion when she began working alongside custom home clients, helping them through the various stages of the construction-to-permanent loan process. With years of experience on the business side of construction, Dana can help streamline the custom homebuilding process for you - from initial concept, to designing plans, working with lenders and getting loan approval. She understands the complexities of building a custom home and is able to guide her clients through the process with ease.
Dana is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with immense knowledge of the Central Florida market. Although Dana has participated in many types of Real Estate transactions, her main area of expertise is vacant land contracts. Dana enjoys assisting clients with purchasing properties, so they can build their dream home!
In Dana's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Her biggest passions are fishing, scalloping, traveling with friends, and expanding her knowledge of real estate investing.
