Dana Kuharske
Dana has been in various sales roles since she graduated college in 2004 from Western Kentucky University. For the past six years, she has been working alongside Custom Home clients, helping them through the various stages of the construction-to-permanent loan process. From initial concept, to designing plans, working with lenders and getting loan approval, Dana can help streamline the Custom Homebuilding process for you.
Dana is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with immense knowledge of the Central Florida market. Although Dana has participated in many types of Real Estate transactions, her main area of expertise is vacant land contracts. Dana enjoys assisting clients with purchasing properties, so they can build their dream home!
In Dana's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. Her biggest passions are fishing, scalloping, traveling with friends, and expanding her knowledge of real estate investing.
